Wreaths Across America

The mission of Wreaths Across America is to Remember, Honor, Teach and is carried out in part by coordinating wreath laying ceremonies a specified Saturday in December at Arlington, as well as veterans’ cemeteries and other locations in all 50 states and beyond.  They organize a week of events including international veteran’s tributes, ceremonies at State Houses and a week-long “Veteran’s Parade” between Maine and Virginia where they stop along the way to spread the message about the importance of remembering our fallen heroes, honoring those who serve, and teaching our children about the sacrifices made by veterans and their families to preserve our freedoms.

As a key partner in Wreaths Across America for seven Decembers now, Civil Air Patrol has adorned memorials and veterans’ graves with evergreen wreaths to make sure the sacrifices of our nation's soldiers are not forgotten.

Group II Partners With Wreaths Across America
This is a multi-purpose event. One purpose is to support the National event and remember our veterans, the second purpose is a fundraising event that is already approved.  Group II has 5 approved Wreaths Across America locations.  We need every unit to support this event.
